Join ACI Wisconsin for our April meeting, cocktails and dinner with a presentation by Presentation by Charlie Gresser and David Drow on Adhesive Anchor Install. 

Charlie Gresser is the Vice President and Principal of ECS Midwest, LLC’s Milwaukee, WI office. His primary responsibilities include the oversight of all Wisconsin related projects as well as the scoping, preparation, execution and review of final reports. Additional responsibilities include technical oversight, developing and maintaining clients, ensuring financial performance and quality control. Mr. Gresser possesses over 30 years of construction materials testing and observations. Mr. Gresser has been involved in the ACI Adhesive Anchor Installer program since 2012, being a training certifier. He is also a past president of ACI of Wisconsin, been involved in ASCE, numerous ASTM committees, and holds P.E. in numerous states.

David Drow is a manager with ECS Midwest, with 24 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, specifically with structural inspection in the materials testing and consulting in quality control/quality assurance portion. David has performed inspection on Adhesive Anchor Installation for over 20 years and has been involved with the certification for ACI – American Concrete Institute - Adhesive Anchor Installation program since 2012. A Wisconsin native, David is on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of ACI and has had certifications from AWS – American Welding Society, ICC – International Code Council – Special Inspector and ACI – American Concrete Institute.
