The presentation will identify and discuss aspects needing to be considered when selecting products for "curing" and "sealing" a project, including:  Owner Requirements; Usage Conditions; Application Conditions; Budget; and History.  Each item above is important, and having everything addressed in advance of the project start will avoid pitfalls found in poorly planned jobs.

Michael Weber is National Business Development Manager, Great Lakes Region, for The Euclid Chemical Company. He is a voting member for the American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) Residential 332, Precast Panels 533, Precast Structures 550, and ICF 560 Committees. He served on the Portland Cement Association’s (PCA 100) Above-Grade Wall Standard Committee. Weber is immediate past Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Building Systems Councils and NAHB Executive Board.

Mr. Weber’s published materials include articles and papers appearing in ACI Concrete International magazine and CPI – Concrete Plant International magazine. In December 2006, he received Hanley Wood Media’s, The Industry’s Ten Most Influential People award, and was profiled in Concrete Construction magazine.
